Once you've downloaded these free printable math flash cards, share the PDF files with parents (or guardians) to print at home. If there is a printer in the home, parents simply need to print the files and then cut the flash cards in half! If students do not have access to a printer at home, these card can be used online.
Note: If you're using these cards in the classroom, you can run them through your laminator so they will stay in good condition from year to year.

Our professional development specialist at school has always stressed that the goal of math flash cards should not just be to include questions with simple answers, but to have problems that focus on the process. I have incorporated this in Set 1 by asking “how do you…” questions rather than just having students simply find an answer. This way, students are tapping into higher-order thinking even at the lower grade levels.
