Lingering Impacts of Covid
The challenges of operating during the pandemic have created several long-term obstacles for businesses as they try to return to normal operations. As the world continues to reopen, we and our suppliers are working as fast as possible to fully recover. As you can imagine, we are experiencing paper shortages, delivery delays, and supply chain issues due primarily to labor shortages. What can you do?
- First, thank you for your patience. Customers have been extremely patient throughout this past year, and we ask that you continue to bear with us as we are working as hard as we can to get you what you want and need—but it is going to take a bit more time to resume normal operations.
- If you see what you want, buy it. Inventory is selling quickly so we recommend purchasing while you can. The majority of our products are readily available for purchase.
- Shop early. Planning ahead before the back-to-school rush will ensure you are able to purchase what you want and need.
- Check our eStore for product availability and updates or call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-221-5175, Monday—Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Our team is working with our vendors to bring in inventory as fast as possible.
