Theresa was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in September of 2022. She is known for leading and empowering divergent teams with innovative strategies to accelerate growth and steady margin improvement. She comes to this role with extensive publishing and retail planning and merchant experience. Most of her career was spent with Barnes & Noble Inc., where she was President of its publishing content development subsidiary, Sterling Publishing. Prior to that she held senior leadership positions with Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy’s, Inc.
Todd has honed his skills as a trusted leader over 28 years at Sadlier, working in all areas of IT. As VP of Information Technology, Todd's primary objective is to spearhead technology transformation, while prioritizing security, policy, and procedure. Through his strategic guidance and commitment to innovation, Todd drives Sadlier's technological advancements, maintaining a strong focus on user awareness and safeguarding sensitive information.
With over 30 years of publishing experience, Jeanine possesses a deep understanding of the K–12 educational and marketing landscape and how best to serve educators. At Sadlier, Jeanine has served in many leadership roles including Math Editorial Director, Director of Digital Instruction, Marketing Director, and Vice President, Academic Publishing.
As Senior Vice President, Publisher & Marketing, Jeanine is focused on driving the strategic direction of Sadlier’s academic and religion publishing with innovative print and digital solutions that support student achievement and developing marketing strategies to grow sales.
Michelle has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership and business operations. At Sadlier, Michelle has served as Controller and then Vice President of Finance. Throughout her time at Sadlier, Michelle has demonstrated a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiencies and implementing financial strategies. Her experience includes technical and operational accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, systems implementation, process improvements, and reorganizations. Michelle is also a licensed CPA.
As Chief Financial Officer, Michelle is focused on Sadlier’s growth and success through strategic decision making, driving profitability, and developing her staff.
Stephanie joined Sadlier in March 2025 as Director of Sales for the Northeast and Inside Sales. Her leadership, ability to build strong teams, and track record of driving revenue growth quickly established her as a key contributor to the Sales organization. Stephanie spent five years at Great Minds, rising from Inside Sales to Director of Sales, Northeast, where she consistently exceeded goals and delivered strong year-over-year results. She served as Dean of Curriculum and Instruction and Assistant Principal in Boston Public Schools, as well as a coach for the Sposato Graduate School of Education. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern University.
As Vice President of Sales, Stephanie is committed to consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, while expanding Sadlier’s impact in schools and districts nationwide. She leads the sales team through strategic territory planning, proactive campaigns, and disciplined pipeline management to achieve these goals.
